Springwood Homes is a small, New Hampshire-based builder-developer. We are not a franchise and we are not scaling for volume. Our work begins with the land — its access, grade, drainage, utilities, setbacks, and long-term potential — then we help shape a home that makes sense for the site and the buyer.

As a design-build general contractor, we look at the full project together. The land, the plan, the construction details, and the finished home need to work as one. Buyers work directly with the people making decisions, from first conversation through closing.

Before the plan is finalized, we evaluate the site — grade, driveway access, drainage, utilities, setbacks, sunlight, and privacy. A good home should feel like it belongs where it was built. That starts with understanding the land, not working against it.

There is no sales office between you and the builder. From early site conversations and plan direction through selections, construction details, and final walkthrough, buyers have direct access to the people making decisions. No layers, no runaround.

Over more than 15 years, Springwood has been involved in residential construction and neighborhood development throughout southern and central New Hampshire, from land acquisition and site planning through design-build construction and full neighborhood buildout.

Past Springwood neighborhoods include Autumn Run, Seasons Drive, and Greystone Terrace in Hooksett, Horizon Drive in Goffstown, and Parker Woods in Bedford. Today that experience continues with Owl’s Nest Estates in Dunbarton — a private custom home neighborhood where road and site work are currently underway.
